Pete Shrader is a man of few words. He was very systematic and disciplined in finding us a tenant we were comfortable with and closing the deal. The service level was well above par. He always answered all questions candidly and comprehensively. He kept tab on all aspects of the process and ensured things were relayed and getting done.

I had heard the advertisements about Renter’s Warehouse and decided to inquire. Brent Wilcox came to my house and gave me an overview of the process. While I was looking forward to the help in renting, Brent exceeded my expectations.

It started with excellent communication and follow-up from the very beginning. He kept in contact and when he said he would deliver something, he did it when he said he would.

Brent was able to find a potential tenant in just 1 week. What I appreciated was the work he did to get all the steps done to make sure we got the information to make an informed decision. This included back ground checks, employment verification and past rental history and feedback.

After that, Brent was up late, up early and worked the weekend to be sure the tenant was in the property and I had all the information and paper work I needed.

The whole process was what I heard on the advertisements but went well beyond even that message. I want to thank Renter’s Warehouse and Brent Wilcox for the great process, excellent communication and hard work to get a tenant in my home.

I have met the tenant and they seem like an excellent fit for the property and both the tenant and I are extremely pleased. I WILL recommend Renter’s Warehouse to others and will be giving them Brent’s contact information to be sure they get the great service I did.
