Good company, would recommend them to anyone!

My initial representative was not so good. I don’t know what work he put into renting my house as I seldom talked to him. On the other hand, Dave called me and e-mailed me to introduce himself. I drove by the house just a day or so later, and saw a for rent sign up which was a definite positive. He kept me informed whenever he had anything to report, i.e. talking to someone whether they asked to see it or not. I very, very much appreciated that. This is my first “landlord” experience, and so far, Dave and Renters Warehouse have made it a pleasant experience.

I spoke with Dave Meiner from Rental Warehouse on a Friday, and he informed me that he had several showings on the new/used home we had purchased in Northeast Mesa. On Monday after the showings, he emailed me a copy of the background check as well as the credit rating on lessee to be, which was extremely positive. The next day, the tenant signed the lease on my approval. All was taken care of by Dave as well as Donovan, the general manager of the company. This is the second property that my wife and I own, that RW manages for us in the Mesa, AZ. area. They will also assist their clients with the smaller, more difficult details of leasing to a tenant. That is really important, because we live in Alaska!I completely trust RW to do a great and thorough job, because they have already demonstrated so. I highly recommend their services! Lee Blair

Very willing to go above and beyond

I was referred to Renters Warehouse through a friend of mine. I had them come out, take a look at the house, and they gave me a fair estimate as far what I could get. So I gave them the thumbs-up, and they were able to secure a tenant and a three-year lease within one week. Since then, we have not had any issues with the tenant. Everything is paid on time and seamless.

One thing I cover is the pool expense, and there must have been a miscommunication because the tenants still need to add water to keep the pump from from breaking and they were not doing it. When the pool service contacted me about the low water level, and the tenants were unavailable, the people at Renters Warehouse actually drove over to the house and physically added water themselves, and they called me when they were finished. The whole thing took a few hours from the time I contacted them. They went above and beyond.

Anytime I have a question, they are on the spot. When I was doing taxes and needed a form, I just sent them an email and they got the form to me within an hour.

Excellent Service! Extremely Professional! Will definately recommend!

Renters Warehouse has been great! I am so glad I chose them to rent my property in Chandler, AZ. Living out of the country, I needed a company that was going to take care of pretty much everything for me and ensure my property is well taken care of. This is exactly what Renters Warehouse has done. Nick my representative has been a joy to work with. He was able to find great tenants for my property in a week! and secure a 1 year lease. He has continued to touch base and update me regularly. So far I have been very pleased with the level of service that I have received and would definitely recommend and use them again for any future properties.

About Derek, he was GREAT! what a nice young man, you are very lucky to have him representing your company, I couldn’t be happier,

He did a wonderful job renting my condo and securing a two year lease!, he took great pictures, he put the “for rent” sign immediately and showed the property as soon as he had someone who was interested (in this case, a friend of the person who actually rented it); since the actual tenant was out of the State, all the communication was online, or via e-mail; this lady sign the lease…site unseen !

When Derek met me at the property, and about half hour before we met the tenant, he was most helpful when I needed his help with the blinds in the living room; all in all, I will definitely recommend your company/services, because of Derek

He was prompt responding to my e-mails and referring me to other people (such as Joe …forgot his last name…) about a problem with the skylight, Joe fixed the problem for me

Finally, I know how important is to have “letters of recommendation” from happy customers, if you ever need one, just let me know
