Great advise on what we needed to get a tenant fast but also helped find a good tenant not just the first one. The background checks and information assurred we were going to be happy with therenters. Made it as easy as it could be both Dave and I could not have asked for better service, followed up on all our questions and very little delay in providing answers to us. Found us a 2 year tenant and we will be calling Jon again when the lease is over.

Josh was a complete professional and really helped us out in a pinch. We had recently purchased a new home, and needed to find a renter for our townhouse ASAP!
